How does your startup propose to solve this problem?

The challenges faced by the industry today is the lack of shop floor experience of implementation partners of Industry 4.0 solutions as mostly they come from IT companies and miss the domain. Our study shows that more than the solution, it is about the problem definition and we propose to start from the shop floor requirements with our domain expertise. Also, the methodologies that we plan to use are being devised with some innovation so that the implementation timelines and costs for the end customer are low.
